In order to settle the estate of Raymond & Mary Hall, the following 4 tracts of quality farmland will be sold at absolute auction without minimum or reserve!  All these farms are located near the I-29/Hwy 50 Junction (Coffee Cup Truck Stop) east of Vermillion, SD.

Tract 1:  100.73 Acres Clay County.  Located 1-mile West of the I-29/Hwy 50 junction, north side of Hwy 50.

Tract 1 Legal:  E 2,088’ of NE 1/4 exc Lot A SW 1/4 NE 1/4 & exc Tract 1 NE 1/4 NE 1/4  & exc Lot H3 AND N 193’ of Lot A SW 1/4 NE 1/4 13-92-51, Fairview Township, Clay County, SD.  Taxes are $3,950.56.
