Internet & Absentee Bidding Additional Terms: If you cannot attend the auction live, a $25,000 Cashier’s Check made payable to Grue Abstract Trust Account will be required ahead of the auction to be allowed to be an Internet, Absentee or phone bidder. The $25,000 check will be held by Girard Auction and will be deposited after the auction if you are the successful bidder. Unsuccessful bidders will have their checks returned in the following days mail or destroyed, which ever you prefer. Winning bidder will have 24-hours to transfer the remaining $50,000 down payment to Grue Title Co.
