Equipment & Facilities
Girard Auction and Land Brokers, Inc. has two auction lots that our both located on the northeast side of Wakonda, SD and are only a block apart. Our main lot is 3 blocks long and 1 block wide. It houses our main office, two new loading docks, a repair shop and a storage facility. It sits directly across from the Wakonda American Legion Hall, which is where we conduct estate, toy and other antique and specialty auctions. Our second lot, a 10-acre pasture, sits just 1 block away. It is used for large auctions and parking. It is also home to the annual Wakonda Tractor Pull!
Our clerk trailer is a 2000 20' US Cargo customized clerking trailer. It has been completely customized to our specifications and made especially for auctions. It is fully enclosed with heat, air and a 2000 watt Honda generator. We also have a Lampi Auction PA Topper for complete, mobile and professional auction service!
