Legal Description:  NW 1/2 SW ¼ 25-97-52, Turner County, SD.  80.0 Taxable acres.  2022 Taxes are $1,632.84.
Turner County FSA shows 74.91 acres of cropland with a 37.50 acre corn base with a 152bu PLC Yield and a 37.3 acre bean base with a 37b PLC Yield.  This tract does not contain any wetlands.  There is an access easement running through this property to access the farm on the east side.  There are two building eligibles included with the sale of this property.  Soil types vary on this farm, with a majority of the farm in the 72% to 92% productivity rating.
